Return & Refund Policy

Key information:

  • 14 days return period
  • Refunds processed within 7 days
  • No restocking fee
  • Customer is responsible for the cost of returning shipping

Returnable items must meet the following guidelines:

  • Order contains all original parts and components
  • Products have been handled with reasonable care
  • Product are unused

The process for returns
1. Send us an email at info@riley-londonuk.com and tell us that you want to return all or part of your order.

2. Wait for a response from our customer service to find out if we can accept the return. We will also send you the return form.

3. If we can accept your return, proceed as follows. Pack the product to be returned neatly and securely, preferably in the original packaging.

4. Send the package to the return address with our customer service.

5. Once your package has arrived and has been checked, we will refund the order value of the returned products via the payment method you used within 7 days.

Have you changed your mind?
Have you changed your mind? Of course you can, as soon as you inform us within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to return your order, we will arrange a refund of the purchase price to your account within 14 days of receiving the returned order. The product can be opened and then returned anyway. Please note that the cost of the return shipment is at your expense.

Exchanges
You can exchange your order for a new item free of charge up to and including 14 days from the delivery date. The product can be opened and then returned anyway. The buyer bears the cost of returning the item he wants to exchange. 

Is the item damaged?
Have you received a damaged product? Send us a photo of the order along with your order number within 14 days to: info@riley-londonuk.com. We will send you a new item free of charge within 7 days of receiving the email.

Did you receive the wrong order?
Did you receive the wrong product? Send us a photo of the order along with your order number to: info@riley-londonuk.com within 14 days. We will make sure that the correct order is sent to you free of charge within 7 days of receiving the email

Refunds
In most cases, your purchase amount will be refunded to the customer within 7 days.
